We are pleased that you are interested in the ECC. For all new customers, we offer a convenient way to conclude data exchange agreements with your suppliers with just a few clicks.
You can choose to only receive PRICATS or to exchange more electronic messages.
In our online form you will find all suppliers directly connected to us with the supported message types. Other suppliers may be connected via the BTE, please contact the BTE.
Possibility 2:
Exchange catalogues AND electronic messages with manufacturers
After you have signed the service contract, please fill out the data exchange agreement so that you can exchange with suppliers one or more of the following types of messages:
ORDERS - Electronic order (order) to the supplier
ORDRSP - Order Confirmation
DESADV - electronic delivery note
INVOIC - Invoice
SLSRPT - Sales report of all items in each size
INVRPT inventory - Inventory report of all items in any size
INVRPT-U -Rearrangement- Inventory movements of all items in any size
Fixed costs of €40 per month are incurred for active data exchange
plus €2.50 per supplier and €2.50 per branch .
To exchange data electronically to realize, we forward your inquiries to the appropriate suppliers. We can only complete the setup for you once we have received feedback from the suppliers.
We ask you to consider that this can sometimes take some time and is not in our hands.

A window will open asking you to enter your name and email address. As soon as you have done this, you will have access to the contract, which you can fill out online at your leisure, add an electronic signature and send with a click.
If you only want to receive PRICATS, you don't need to do anything else.
Once we have received your forms, they will be processed immediately and you will shortly receive an ECC customer number and your access data for the free NATIV.STORE by email.
